Israeli Army Reports Killing Hezbollah Member in Bint Jbeil

The Israeli army stated that the reserve forces of the “Yiftah” Brigade (679), part of the 91st Division operating in the Bint Jbeil area, conducted sweep operations inside the building where a clash occurred last Thursday in the security zone. During that incident, one reserve soldier was seriously wounded.

During the sweep, a Hezbollah member fired at the forces from inside the building. The troops immediately returned fire and neutralized the attacker. No injuries were reported among the Israeli forces. The army affirmed it will continue to eliminate any threats targeting its forces and will not permit Hezbollah to target Israeli citizens.
