Lebanese and Syrian Armies Coordinate to Secure Release of Detained Lebanese Citizen

MTV has learned that recent communication between the Lebanese and Syrian armies led to the release of a Lebanese citizen who had been detained by Syrian forces several days ago.

According to details, Syrian border guards became suspicious of the individual's movements in an overlapping area within northern Bekaa, which resulted in his detention and interrogation inside Syrian territory.

This incident prompted the Lebanese army to engage with Syrian counterparts, culminating in the citizen's release after four days in custody.
