Lebanon Launches Largest Fiber Optic Project in Its History
Lebanon's Minister of Telecommunications announces the signing of contracts for the country's biggest FTTH project, covering over 325,000 homes and businesses.

Minister of Telecommunications Charles Al-Hajj announced on the platform "X" that Ogero Corporation has signed contracts to implement the largest fiber optic (FTTH) project in Lebanon's history.
The project will cover more than 325,000 homes and companies, in addition to 25 central offices, with funding sourced from savings generated in 2025.
Al-Hajj highlighted that the initiative will provide faster internet, create broader economic opportunities, and support the transition toward a stronger digital economy, describing it as a genuine starting point for Lebanon's digital transformation.
