The "Lebanon Strong" bloc criticized the Lebanese Forces' energy plan, calling it a theoretical paper prepared by AI at 76%, lacking details on cost and implementation, and directed questions about the fuel crisis and arbitrary fees.

The "Lebanon Strong" bloc indicated that, as a culmination of the communications that took place with political and parliamentary forces over the past four months, the parties agreed to hold a meeting under the title "Protecting Lebanon" aimed at enhancing civil peace, at 11:00 AM next Thursday at the Venice Hotel.
"Lebanon Strong" pointed out, after its periodic meeting chaired by MP Gebran Bassil, that a year and a half has passed since the Lebanese Forces took over the Ministry of Energy, during which the Lebanese were awaiting a comprehensive plan to rescue the electricity sector, only to find themselves faced with a theoretical paper that has nothing of a plan but the name. A plan is measured by numbers, deadlines, cost, funding sources, implementation phases, and expected results. However, what was presented contains none of that, but merely repeats general phrases and theories without any executive commitment or clear vision. It is a plan-less paper prepared by artificial intelligence at 76%, and it is an interpretation of Law 462 and a legalization of private interest generators.
The bloc directed two questions to the government regarding the worsening fuel oil crisis and the absence of the Ministry of Energy and the government from addressing it, and regarding the arbitrary fees imposed by the government according to Decree No. 3214/2026.
