Ministry of Public Works Approves Electronic Real Estate Certificates Exceptionally in the South
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has issued a circular allowing the exceptional use of electronic real estate certificates for three months in several southern districts to facilitate citizens' transactions.

The General Directorate of Urban Planning at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport issued a circular stipulating the exceptional adoption of electronic real estate certificates for a period of three months in the districts of Marjayoun, Hasbaya, Nabatieh, and Bint Jbeil. This measure aims to facilitate citizens' transactions given current circumstances and the inability to obtain official real estate certificates due to the closure of relevant departments.
This procedure allows citizens to proceed with building permit applications, subdivision requests, easement certificates, planning documents, and other transactions requiring urban planning approval, in accordance with the conditions specified in the circular.

The decision is effective for three months from the date of the circular's issuance, extendable if exceptional circumstances persist.
