Palestinian National Security Official Killed, Another Injured Amid Tensions in Ain al-Hilweh Camp
A Palestinian National Security official was assassinated and another wounded in Ain al-Hilweh camp, sparking heightened tension and gunfire in the area.

The Palestinian National Agency reported the assassination of Palestinian National Security official Muhammad Al-Saadi, also known as "Muhammad Fathi," by unidentified assailants inside the Ain al-Hilweh camp. Another official, Haitham Ghotani, who was accompanying the victim, was also injured during the attack.
Information indicates that Hasba Street within the camp is currently experiencing heightened tension and alertness, coinciding with the deployment of personnel affiliated with Al-Saadi. Intense gunfire has been heard in the air during this period.
A state of concern has spread among the local residents, while the circumstances and motives behind the incident remain unclear.
