President Joseph Aoun and First Lady Naamat Aoun departed Beirut this morning en route to Washington in response to an invitation from U.S. President Donald Trump.
A Lebanese-American summit is scheduled to take place at the White House, where President Aoun will also hold meetings and consultations with several American officials.
