Lebanon
Negotiations are progressing on a comprehensive ceasefire across Lebanon, involving phased withdrawals by Hezbollah and Israel alongside Lebanese army deployment.

Information indicates that ongoing efforts to declare a comprehensive ceasefire throughout Lebanon are serious, with a concrete proposal under negotiation as an integrated plan structured as follows.
First, the current formula considers the area known as the "yellow line" as a trial zone from which gradual operations will be conducted in villages and towns.
Following the announcement of the full ceasefire, Hezbollah is to withdraw from the yellow line area, while Israel will begin a phased withdrawal from certain villages. This will coincide with the Lebanese army deploying in those areas and starting to dismantle installations to prepare for the return of residents to their villages and towns.
In the second phase, as the Lebanese army expands its operations within the yellow line villages, the Israeli army will maintain security points along the Lebanon border at a depth of two kilometers.
During the final phase, the Israeli army will position itself at what it describes as "controlling" security points, where it will remain until confirmation that the agreed terms have been implemented.
Regarding the area north of the Litani River, its fate and course remain unclear and will stay so until the situation south of the Litani is resolved.
According to the information, this plan will be presented to Hezbollah for feedback and approval in coordination with the Iranian side.
