The Southern Lebanon Water Establishment - Saida Water Department announced to subscribers benefiting from the Arabi, Greater Haret Saida, and Al-Fawwar stations a decrease in water supply in light of the continuous interruption of the electrical service line.

It pointed out in a statement that "the establishment is making double efforts to complete the water supply, but at the same time it cannot guarantee the continuation of the electrical supply, which is beyond its control and jurisdiction, noting that it is taking the initiative to operate generators to cover the power outage, but that is not enough to provide the sufficient quantity to supply the city of Saida and the vicinity."

The establishment requested "dear subscribers to rationalize and ration water consumption to the maximum extent until water supply is restored as usual."
