Statement from the Ministry of Finance Regarding Nabatiyyeh Transactions
The Ministry of Finance announces temporary relocation of Nabatiyyeh regional tax office services to Sidon's Southern Governorate office starting September 7, 2026, due to Israeli attacks on its Nabatiyyeh building.

The Ministry of Finance's media office announced: "In light of the previous statement regarding the damage inflicted on the Ministry of Finance building in Nabatiyyeh city due to Israeli attacks, and in order to ensure continuity of operations and uninterrupted processing of citizen and taxpayer transactions, the Ministry hereby announces that, effective Monday, September 7, 2026, transactions belonging to taxpayers under the Nabatiyyeh Regional Tax Office will temporarily be received at the Southern Governorate Regional Tax Office in Sidon, until work resumes at the Nabatiyyeh office building."
In its statement, the Ministry emphasized it has taken "necessary measures to ensure operational continuity, safeguard files and documents, and facilitate uninterrupted processing of citizen transactions despite current circumstances."
