The Displacement and Reconstruction File on Bréi's Agenda

President of the Parliament Nabih Bréi received Member of Parliament Emad al-Hout at the second presidential headquarters in Ayn al-Tineh, where general conditions, latest political and field developments, and legislative matters were presented.

Bréi also received Omaran Reza, Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations and Humanitarian Coordinator in Lebanon, accompanied by President’s media advisor Ali Hamdan. The meeting addressed general conditions, United Nations humanitarian programs in Lebanon, the displacement file, and reconstruction—particularly related to service facilities, educational and health institutions, and the rehabilitation of infrastructure in southern Lebanon damaged by the Israeli aggression.

Additionally, Bréi met with Jean Alloue, Chairman of the General Procurement Board, and its members, who briefed him on the board’s operational programs. The meeting also served as an occasion for Alloue to present a book detailing the board’s achievements.
