Unification of Real Estate Registry Offices' Operations in Mount Lebanon
Starting October 5, 2026, all real estate registry offices in Mount Lebanon will unify their operations to handle all types of transactions and reviews during regular weekly business hours, eliminating designated days for specific transaction types.
The General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs announced that "in order to facilitate citizens' transactions and expedite their processing, starting from October 5, 2026, the operational mechanism in real estate registry offices across Mount Lebanon will be unified, allowing all types of transactions and reviews to be received throughout regular weekly working hours, without designating specific days for particular types of transactions."
In a statement, the Directorate clarified that "this measure is part of efforts to organize operations, facilitate public access, and improve the quality of services provided to citizens."
