Gisele Bundchen Models Transparent Envy Bra in i-D Editorial
Gisele Bundchen, 45, appears in an i-D editorial wearing Victoria’s Secret’s Very Sexy Envy Bra — a black lace style with fully sheer cups — photographed by Collier Schorr and styled by Clare Byrne.

Victoria’s Secret’s Very Sexy Envy Bra in black appeared fully see-through in a new i-D editorial featuring Gisele Bundchen. The supermodel, 45, posed in black-and-white photographs that reimagined classic lingerie aesthetics through a bold, experimental lens.
What the i-D shoot revealed about the Envy Bra
Bundchen wore the Envy Bra on its own in multiple frames, paired with high-rise black underwear. Its construction featured delicate floral lace across sheer cups, slim straps, and a plunging neckline — all contributing to a minimalist, barely-there silhouette.
A side-profile image highlighted the bra’s transparency and fitted cut while Bundchen held a dumbbell at her side. The inclusion of the weight introduced a sporty contrast to the otherwise sultry styling.
In another close-up, Bundchen faced the camera directly as a metal barbell extended horizontally across the frame. Her tousled blonde hair fell loosely around her face and shoulders. Makeup remained soft and understated, with nude lips completing the intentionally undone beauty look.
The layered look and editorial treatment
The shoot also incorporated the Envy Bra beneath a custom Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Lace Slip Dress. The slip dress slipped off Bundchen’s shoulders during posing with weights, revealing the bra underneath — though the lingerie alone carried the visual impact.
Photographer Collier Schorr and stylist Clare Byrne collaborated on the editorial. Handwritten notes and bold typography ran along the edges of the images, lending a raw, scrapbook-like quality. Phrases such as “Hold It!” and “PATENTS PENDING” appeared alongside Bundchen, joined by additional handwritten annotations consistent with i-D’s aesthetic.
