After a call with Trump about Iran... Netanyahu 'was furious'
A tense phone call between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu left Netanyahu furious over a potential deal with Iran, according to Axios.

Axios news agency quoted informed sources as saying that a tense phone call took place between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, due to the latter's anger over a potential agreement with Iran.
Informed sources explained that Trump and Netanyahu discussed a new effort to reach an agreement with Iran in a difficult call, and one source said Netanyahu "was very angry" after the call.
According to the agency, Netanyahu has significant doubts about the negotiations and wants to resume the war to further weaken Iran's military capabilities and weaken the regime by destroying its vital infrastructure.
In contrast, Trump continues to say he believes an agreement can be reached, but he is ready to resume the war if it is not.
Three sources explained that Pakistan, Qatar, and other mediators, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt, have been working over the past few days to improve the proposal to bridge the gaps.
According to officials, Qatar presented a new draft to the United States and Iran. A fourth source said there is no separate Qatari draft, but rather Qatar is only seeking to narrow the gaps resulting from the previous Pakistani proposal.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry announced that negotiations are ongoing "based on Iran's 14-point proposal," and that the Pakistani Interior Minister is in Tehran to assist in mediation. This is the second visit by the Interior Minister in less than a week.
An official said the goal of the new efforts is to obtain more concrete commitments from the Iranians regarding steps related to their nuclear program, and more details from the United States on how to gradually release frozen Iranian funds.
The sources confirmed that it is unclear whether the Iranians will agree to the new draft or significantly change their positions.
A US source familiar with the call was quoted as saying that Trump told Netanyahu that the mediators are working on a "letter of intent" that both the United States and Iran will sign to officially end the war and launch a 30-day period of negotiations on issues such as the Iranian nuclear program and opening the Strait of Hormuz.
