The daughter of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has issued a public call for a unified Arab and regional response to what she describes as Iranian interference and threats to stability. In a statement posted on her X account, Raghad Saddam Hussein argued that the time has come for a decisive position to end what she termed "projects of chaos and sabotage."

Accompanying her post was a written message asserting that the policies of the Iranian regime and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps—which she noted is listed on terrorism blacklists—have for years involved "flagrant interventions, expansionist and destructive projects." She claimed these actions aimed to weaken state institutions, fuel conflicts, sow discord, and undermine security and stability in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, and the Gulf Arab states.

Hussein further pointed to what she described as thwarted security breaches and cells linked to destructive plots across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Kuwait over the years. She argued that this demonstrates the hostile approach does not target any single country but directly threatens the security, stability, and sovereignty of the entire region.

Concluding her statement, she wrote: "The time has come for a firmer and clearer Arab and regional stance that puts an end to projects of chaos and sabotage, and affirms that the security of Arab states, the stability of their peoples, and their sovereignty are a red line that cannot be crossed."
