Trump Commits to Working with Congress on Kennedy Center Ownership Transfer
President Donald Trump announced plans to collaborate with Congress on transferring ownership of the Kennedy Center following a court ruling to remove his name from the venue.

On Friday, President Donald Trump stated that he intends to cooperate with Congress regarding the transfer of ownership of the Kennedy Center after a judicial decision mandated the removal of his name from the renowned Washington, D.C. venue.
Christopher Cooper, a judge at the United States District Court, issued a ruling on Friday ordering the removal of Trump's name from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The judge determined that the venue's name cannot be altered without Congressional approval.
Judge Cooper directed the Trump administration to remove all signs bearing Trump's name and to eliminate any official references to the Trump Kennedy Center within 14 days.
