Trump: My Support for Netanyahu Turned the Tide in Knesset Elections

US President Donald Trump stated in a remark that "when I announced my support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, things changed direction and instead of suffering a crushing defeat, the scene looks more like a strong return."

Regarding the possibility of launching further strikes on Iran after the midterm elections, Trump said: "Anything is possible."

Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that "the counting of 1.6 million votes in the Knesset elections has ended, with the Likud party leading at 22.2% and the Yesh Atid party receiving 15.4%."

According to Channel 12's updated exit polls, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's camp secures 52 seats, while the camp of opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot gets 49 seats, and Arab lists receive 19 seats.
