Mohamed Salah May Return to Liverpool Following Arne Slot's Dismissal
Reports suggest Mohamed Salah is prepared to rejoin Liverpool after the club dismissed coach Arne Slot before his contract ended.

English media outlets revealed a significant development concerning Mohamed Salah's future at Liverpool after the club officially dismissed Dutch coach Arne Slot.
Liverpool announced the termination of Slot's contract a year before its scheduled end on June 30, 2027, following a disappointing 2024–2025 season in which the team lost the Premier League title.
The decision came after a season marked by setbacks, with Liverpool losing the Premier League, the English League Cup, the FA Cup, and the UEFA Champions League, and narrowly qualifying for the next Champions League by finishing fifth in the Premier League.
With Slot's departure from Anfield, speculation has intensified about a major shift in Mohamed Salah's relationship with the club's management, according to the verified "Indikila News" account on the platform X, which indicated upcoming changes that could alter the current situation.
The source stated, "Mohamed Salah is ready to return to Liverpool if the club contacts him, and this comes immediately after the sudden dismissal of Arne Slot from his role as head coach."
Despite Salah having officially decided to end his tenure with Liverpool and the club holding a farewell event for him during the last Premier League match on Sunday, the source predicted new developments regarding his continuation with the team.
"This is a critical moment for the club. Salah's potential return could revive the team's ambitions. His impact on the field is undeniable, and with proper leadership, he could help Liverpool reclaim the top position," the source added.
The "Indikila News" account questioned, "Now we will see: will the club make the decision? Richard Hughes and Michael Edwards face crucial choices."
Although Salah's contract with Liverpool runs until June 30, 2027, both parties agreed to end their cooperation at the conclusion of this season, which was the weakest in Salah's career at Liverpool, with only nine Premier League goals—the lowest tally since he joined the club in 2017.
