Army rescues 21 people during illegal smuggling attempt

"The Navy Forces of the Army rescued 21 people during an attempt to smuggle them illegally on a vessel that had broken down off the coast of the city of Tripoli, with participation from the Air Forces, Civil Defense, Lebanese Red Cross, and civil associations, and efforts are ongoing to rescue the remaining passengers."
