The Finance Ministry has completed the transfer of salaries for all public sector employees and military personnel, along with pensions for civilian and military retirees, to Banque du Liban. Recipients can collect payments from their banks starting Wednesday, April 29, for retirees' pensions, and Thursday, April 30, for administrative and military staff salaries.
The Ministry of Finance announced that it has transferred to Banque du Liban the salaries of all public sector employees and all military personnel, as well as the pensions of civilian and military retirees.
It indicated that recipients will be able to collect their payments from their respective banks, starting tomorrow Wednesday, April 29, with regard to retirees' pensions, and Thursday the 30th with regard to the salaries of administrative and military employees.
