French Embassy in Beirut Publishes Biography of New Ambassador to Lebanon

The French Embassy in Beirut has published the biography of its new ambassador to Lebanon, Patrick Dourlans, which states:

"Mr. Patrick Dourlans took up his duties as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the French Republic to the Lebanese Republic on August 28, 2026.

Patrick Dourlans holds a Master's degree in Modern Standard Arabic from the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (INALCO), and has dedicated his entire diplomatic career to the Middle East and North Africa region.
