Israel escalates violent attacks in the Saida region
Israel intensified its military assaults on the Saida region, with continuous airstrikes and artillery fire reported overnight into today's morning and afternoon. The strikes targeted several villages, causing injuries and displacement.

The Israeli army escalated its attacks, with the Saida region witnessing continuous shelling from last night through this morning and early afternoon, interspersed with a series of airstrikes and artillery bombardments.
The Israeli drone force carried out three airstrikes on the Al-Malab district in the northern village of Al-Burj, followed by a fourth strike by combat aircraft on the same site, resulting in four people being injured and transported to Saida hospitals, while movement of residents from the village toward the city was recorded.
Additionally, Israeli combat aircraft launched three airstrikes on the village of Al-Munassari and the adjacent area of Al-Mashaa, simultaneously with artillery shelling and tank fire directed at Al-Munassari.
Units from the Lebanese army and medical rescue teams entered the site of the airstrikes in northern Al-Burj to conduct on-site inspections and verify that no additional injured or trapped individuals remained.
Artillery shelling continued from late yesterday evening through this morning, targeting the villages of Al-Munassari and Majdel Zoun and their surrounding valleys, extending to the vicinity of the village of Hadatha at dawn, while the Israeli army fired machine-gun rounds toward the coastal area of Al-Hamra in the village of Al-Siyad.
