The Ministry of Finance has launched its new digital media platform, "Sound of Finance," as part of its digital transformation project, aiming to develop communication tools with citizens, media professionals, and those interested in financial and economic matters, and to provide official information directly, clearly, and quickly.

According to a statement, "Sound of Finance" is an integrated digital and media platform designed to become the official source for information and news related to the Ministry of Finance, its agencies, and affiliated departments, serving as a reference point for media and interested parties to access information directly from its source, thereby enhancing transparency and bridging the gap between the ministry and citizens.

The platform disseminates and broadcasts news from the Ministry of Finance, the General Directorate of Finance, the General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs, the General Directorate of Customs, the National Lottery, the Bassel Fleyhan Institute for Finance and Economics, and the Lebanese Tobacco and Nicotine Control Authority "Regie," along with updates on their activities and other developments related to their operations.

Additionally, "Sound of Finance" enables the sharing of information, news, activities, photographs, videos, circulars, decisions, draft decrees, and other relevant documents, allowing media professionals, interested parties, and citizens to follow the ministry's work, monitor its agencies and affiliated departments, and access official information directly from its source.

The platform supports the Ministry of Finance’s digital transformation journey by delivering simplified and clear content that explains services and procedures to citizens, helping them easily access and benefit from them without the need to travel or waste time.

"Sound of Finance" includes a comprehensive suite of digital platforms and social media channels, including the official website of the Ministry of Finance, YouTube, podcast, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp Channel, and LinkedIn, ensuring official information reaches the widest possible audience of citizens, media, and stakeholders.

The digital persona of "Sound of Finance" delivers content and engages with the public, marking a new step toward modern, simplified communication language that aligns with the ministry’s digital transformation and brings it closer to citizens.

The launch of "Sound of Finance" reflects the Ministry of Finance’s commitment to updating communication methods, enhancing transparency, and providing official information directly from its source under the slogan:

"Sound of Finance – News from the Source," positioning "Sound of Finance" as a trusted space for official information and a media platform close to citizens, media, and stakeholders, keeping them informed about all new developments within the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated agencies and departments.
