Photos: Counterfeit Money, Weapons, and Drugs

"Units of the army carried out security measures in various regions of Lebanon, including raids, armed patrols, and temporary checkpoints, resulting in the arrest of 10 individuals as follows:

• Arrest of citizens (ع.ز.) and (ح.ش.) at the Sfri checkpoint – Baalbek for firing shots, with a pistol, military ammunition, and a sum of counterfeit money seized from their possession.

• Arrest of citizens (ز.ش.) and (ح.ش.) and Syrians (م.ع.) and (ا.ا.) at the Al-Khader checkpoint – Baalbek for possessing military weapons and a quantity of narcotics.

• Raids on homes of wanted individuals in the town of Breetal – Baalbek, leading to the arrest of citizens (ح.و.) and (م.ي.), with military weapons, ammunition, and a quantity of narcotics seized from their possession.

• Arrest of Palestinian (ا.ا.) in the port area – Tripoli due to his involvement in an altercation involving gunfire, with a pistol and military ammunition seized from his possession.

Additionally, an army unit conducted a raid after a series of surveillance and monitoring operations in the Lailaki area – Beirut, targeting the home of citizen (ح.ب.), wanted for drug use and trafficking, arrested him, and seized a large quantity of drugs from his possession.

The seized items were handed over, and investigations into the detained individuals have commenced under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities."
