Samir Geagea Meets Canadian Ambassador to Discuss Bilateral Relations

Samir Geagea, the head of the Lebanese Forces party, received Gregory Galigan, the Canadian ambassador to Lebanon, at Maarab. The meeting included the presence of Xavier Leger Gast, the second secretary at the Canadian embassy, former MP Eddy Abi Lamma, former minister and head of the party’s foreign relations department Richard Qayumjian, and party official Tony Darwish.

The occasion served to review recent political developments at the Lebanese, regional, and international levels. Discussions also focused on Lebanese-Canadian relations and ways to enhance cooperation to advance the partnership between the two countries and their peoples.
