A leaked conversation attributed to Real Madrid’s Aurelien Tchouameni has sparked online debate after he hinted at an incident with teammate Federico Valverde.

A leaked chat, attributed to Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni, has ignited a firestorm on social media. The recording features the Frenchman making cryptic remarks about an alleged altercation with his teammate Federico Valverde, leaving fans and analysts scrambling for answers.
The account The Touchline on X shared excerpts from the leaked conversation. In the audio, Tchouameni explicitly denies a direct fight with Valverde but simultaneously hints that “something happened” between the two players.
“Something happened, but I can’t say anything,” the French midfielder is heard saying in the widely circulated clip. He then adds, “I told you nothing happened yesterday in the sense that there was no fight in the true sense of the word.”
Tchouameni also flatly refuted throwing a punch at his Uruguayan teammate. “I didn’t hit him, that’s not true, that’s all I can say,” he stated.
The most explosive part of the conversation, however, was his final remark: “His head hit the ground.” This single sentence has fueled a wave of intense speculation about the nature of the incident between the two stars.
Valverde himself broke his silence on the matter, releasing a statement through his official accounts. He acknowledged a “dispute” with Tchouameni, attributing it to the pressures of competition and the frustration stemming from the club’s difficult season.
Real Madrid has yet to issue an official statement regarding the authenticity of the leaked chat or the reality of the incident. The club’s fanbase is now divided, with some viewing the situation as a simple misunderstanding blown out of proportion online, while others believe a genuine rift exists within the team’s dressing room.
The leak has generated massive interaction across platforms, particularly given that Tchouameni and Valverde are considered key components of Real Madrid’s midfield and central to the club’s long-term project.
