Soccer Prospect Charged With Repeated Rape of Teen
A 20-year-old female footballer is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy multiple times in Utah.

A rising young football star has been charged with repeatedly raping a 14-year-old boy—who still wore braces—and sending him nude photos of herself. The alleged victim told police the encounters began when the player was 19 and he was 14.
American authorities confirmed that Autita Christina Kitiona, now 20, faces multiple counts for allegedly having sex with the teenager at his home in Bluffdale, Utah, throughout 2024. Court documents reviewed by the Daily Mail state the boy claims the athlete visited him "two to three times a week" for sex between June and October 2024.
The relationship reportedly paused briefly when Kitiona left for Bellevue College in Washington state, but resumed after she returned home a month later. During these encounters, Kitiona is accused of sending the boy explicit images and videos in which she was allegedly "completely naked from head to toe."

She is also said to have encouraged him to send nude photos of himself, including one taken in the bathroom, according to court documents. Under Utah law, the age of sexual consent is 18.
Kitiona, who was part of the Samoa women's national team squad during their failed 2027 World Cup qualifying campaign earlier this year, was charged just two months after playing in the tournament in February. She faces one count of distributing harmful material to a minor and three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor while being under 21 years old.

Not currently in custody, Kitiona has been issued a summons to appear at a court hearing scheduled for June 6.
