Luis Suarez has signaled his availability for Uruguay's national team, reversing his international retirement from September 2024.
More than 18 months after stepping away from international football, Uruguay's all-time leading scorer, Luis Suarez, has declared himself ready to rejoin the national team setup. The 39-year-old Inter Miami striker, who netted 69 goals in 143 appearances for La Celeste, is now open to being called up for major tournaments, including the 2026 World Cup.
