Iran Resumes Direct Cargo Shipping with UAE
Iran announced the resumption of direct cargo shipping lines with the United Arab Emirates, restoring trade operations between the two countries.

On Wednesday, Iran declared the resumption of direct cargo shipping lines with the United Arab Emirates.
Ali Emami, the Director General of Logistics and Support at the Iranian Trade Development Organization, told Mehr News Agency that direct shipping lines from the UAE to Iran have resumed operations, allowing goods to be transported directly.
Emami added that trade relations between the two nations have returned to their normal course following the restart of direct cargo shipping from the UAE to Iran.
Dubai International Airport received the first direct flight from Tehran on Monday, with a return flight to Iran departing the same day. This marked the first commercial direct flights since the disturbances linked to the recent American-Israeli conflict involving Iran.
Last Saturday, Tehran announced the reactivation of trade exchange with the UAE through the Jebel Ali port, confirming that flights between the two countries would resume within days.
Jebel Ali port is one of the region's main commercial transit hubs and serves as a key gateway for goods entering the Iranian market.
