Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf: Americans Said No to War; Warns of 'Nightmare' if US Betrays People's Will
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that Americans have said no to war and warned of a "nightmare" should the US government betray its people's will.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated in a remark that "Americans have said no to war, and we support this message."
Ghalibaf's comments come as Democrats move to seize control of the US Congress in the midterm elections, having secured majorities in both the Senate and House of Representatives, turning the midterms into a harsh defeat for US President Donald Trump and his Republican Party.
Ghalibaf said: "If the US government betrays the will of its people to serve powerful international entities and blackmailers, it will learn that the word 'no' we say comes accompanied by a nightmare."
