Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova condemned a Ukrainian drone attack on Gelendzhik’s beach that killed civilians, accusing NATO and the EU of supporting and participating in terrorism.
Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, condemned an attack carried out by Kyiv’s forces that resulted in civilian deaths on the beach of Gelendzhik in southern Russia. She accused NATO member states of supporting and participating in terrorism.
Zakharova stated that an armed terrorist group operating in Central Europe has seized power in Ukraine. According to RIA Novosti, she characterized NATO countries as supporters of terrorism.
Zakharova asserted that NATO and the European Union had previously declared a policy of zero tolerance toward terrorism committed by Kyiv. She claimed both organizations have now become integral participants in international terrorist activity.
Viniamin Kondratyev, governor of Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, reported that six people were killed—including three children—and at least 47 others injured by fragments from Ukrainian drones in the town of Arkhipo-Osipovka, near the coastal city of Gelendzhik.
