Lebanon’s Ministry of Energy and Water released an updated fuel price table today, reflecting mixed trends in the market. Gasoline prices saw a modest increase, with 95 octane rising to 2,386,000 Lebanese pounds (up 10,000) and 98 octane reaching 2,427,000 (also up 10,000). Diesel experienced a sharper hike of 53,000 pounds, now at 2,495,000. In contrast, the price of a gas cylinder dropped by 20,000 pounds to 1,751,000. These adjustments come amid Lebanon’s ongoing economic crisis, where fuel costs remain a critical burden for citizens, impacting transportation and household expenses.

The new prices are as follows:
- 95 octane gasoline: 2,386,000 (+10,000)
- 98 octane gasoline: 2,427,000 (+10,000)
- Diesel: 2,495,000 (+53,000)
- Gas cylinder: 1,751,000 (-20,000)
