Maintenance and Asphalting Works on the International Highway between Al-Balamand and Kfarabida

Issued by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces — Public Relations Division the following:

A contracting company will resume asphalting of potholes and maintenance works on the international highway extending from Al-Balamand to Kfarabida, on both the western and eastern lanes, according to the following:

On 09-07-2026: from 9:00 until 14:00, maintenance and asphalting of potholes will begin on the eastern lane of the highway, from the Kfarabida area to the Al-Balamand junction, which will cause a partial closure of the aforementioned lane.

On 10-07-2026: from 9:00 until 14:00, maintenance and asphalting of potholes will begin on the western lane of the highway, from the Al-Balamand junction to the Kfarabida area, which will cause a partial closure of the aforementioned lane.

Therefore, citizens are kindly requested to take note, comply with the directives and instructions of Internal Security Forces personnel, and with directional traffic signs, to facilitate traffic flow.
