Explosions were heard in the skies over Saida city as Prime Minister Najib Mikati delivered a speech at Beni Brikat barracks. The blasts are believed to have originated from the Mansouri Camp south of Saida.
"The National News Agency" reported hearing the sound of explosions in the skies over Saida, coinciding with Prime Minister Nawaf al-Salim delivering his speech at Beni Brikat barracks.
Reports indicate the explosions resulted from detonations in the Mansouri Camp south of Saida.
