The teachers' movement urges the Education Minister to include all students, especially free applicants, in exceptional decisions regarding official certification.

The teachers' movement representing contracted educators has called on Education Minister Rima Karam to ensure fairness for free applicant students by including them in any exceptional decisions related to official certification. The movement considers excluding these students as unjustified discrimination against those who have experienced the same circumstances.
In an official statement, the movement urged the cancellation of distinctions between regular school students and free applicant students, advocating for unified standards that guarantee justice and equality. It emphasized that the right to education and official certification should not depend on registration method, age, or social status.
The movement also highlighted the importance of taking into account the exceptional conditions imposed by war and economic and social crises on all students. It demanded equitable educational decisions that encompass everyone without exception.
Affirming that education is a fundamental right, the movement called on the Ministry of Education to adopt policies that ensure educational justice and protect the rights of all students, preserving their dignity and guaranteeing equal opportunities among them.
