Trump: Aoun to Visit US Soon; Hezbollah Issue Must Be Resolved

President Donald Trump stated that President Joseph Aoun is expected to visit the United States within two weeks. He added that efforts must focus on Lebanon’s situation with the aim of achieving peace, noting that Syria could play a role in establishing that peace.

Trump also mentioned that the Syrian president "wants" to engage in combat against Hezbollah in Lebanon, emphasizing that the issue surrounding Hezbollah must be resolved one way or another.

He remarked that Iran will not gain access to the $300 billion investment fund unless it manages its affairs properly.

Furthermore, Trump said he will "soon" sign an agreement with Iran to end the war in the Middle East, although he clarified that the exact timing of the signing remains uncertain.
