UNIFIL Reports No Projectile Activity for Over Two Days Since March 2
UNIFIL peacekeepers have observed no projectile trajectories, interceptions, or air raids for more than two days, marking a first since hostilities resumed on March 2.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) issued a statement noting that its peacekeepers have not detected any projectile trajectories, interception operations, or air raids since Sunday.
This marks over two consecutive days without such activities, a first occurrence since the resumption of hostilities on March 2.
Although the reduction in violence is a positive sign, UNIFIL peacekeepers continue to observe violations of airspace, military activities, and restrictions on freedom of movement.
UNIFIL maintains its presence on the ground, monitoring developments, engaging with relevant parties, facilitating humanitarian aid, and supporting efforts aimed at achieving long-term stability in accordance with Resolution 1701.
