Minister of Telecommunications Charbel Hajj commented on the deliberations regarding his stance on the transfer of "Ogero" agency employees to "Lebanon Telecom," in application of the telecommunications law, affirming that "all workers at 'Ogero,' including users, contractors, wage earners, and daily workers, will transfer to 'Lebanon Telecom' with their full rights, benefits, specific programs, and seniority, without losing any gains or end-of-service compensation from the National Social Security Fund, and that salaries will be unified to eliminate disparities between daily workers and permanent staff."
In a statement, he emphasized that "Lebanon Telecom will be one of the largest companies in Lebanon, and Ogero's employees will be its backbone. No one will be left behind."
