Robinho Angry at Neymar After Dispute with His Son at Santos

Robinho, the former Brazilian national team striker currently imprisoned for gang rape, expressed his extreme anger after his lawyer informed him of a dispute between his son and former teammate, star Neymar.

Robinho is currently serving a 9-year prison sentence after being convicted in a gang rape case in Italy in 2013, of which he has served 22 months so far. He is 41 years old and is the father of three children.

Robinho has been behind bars since March 21, 2024, where he began in a prison in the state of Sao Paulo, before being transferred in November 2025 to the rehabilitation center in the city of Limeira in the state of Sao Paulo, based on a request from his defense attorney.

Robinho had expected Neymar to become a godfather to his son Robinho Junior at Santos, just as Robinho himself had done for Neymar in the past. However, the news that reached him about the altercation sparked his anger.

According to reports, the angry father Robinho does not want the matter to end with a simple apology, but rather demands the release of footage of the altercation and the imposition of a financial fine on Neymar.
