The Ministry of Interior in Bahrain announced on Thursday that an 11-year-old girl sustained minor injuries due to what it described as the "wicked Iranian aggression" targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain. The child received medical treatment at the scene.

The ministry also reported that several vehicles were set on fire and homes were damaged in Hamad City and the capital, Manama, as a result of shrapnel from intercepted and destroyed Iranian drones.

Authorities indicated that the Civil Defense and National Ambulance services took the necessary measures following the incidents.

Earlier on Thursday morning, Bahrain activated air raid sirens twice to warn of Iranian attacks.

On Wednesday, Bahrain's Defense Force stated that its air defenses intercepted and destroyed multiple Iranian missiles and drones, affirming that all its weapons remain at a state of defensive readiness.

A statement from the General Command of Bahrain's Defense Force said: "Iran continues its systematic hostile approach through its heinous missile and drone attacks targeting civilians in the Kingdom."

The statement emphasized that Iran's deliberate use of missiles and drones constitutes a blatant violation of international law.
