Saudi Arabia Denies Attack on Prince Sultan Air Base, Confirms Missile Detection from Yemen
Saudi Arabia refutes reports of an attack on Prince Sultan Air Base and confirms detecting a ballistic missile launched from Yemen near its border.

The official spokesperson for the Saudi Ministry of Defense, Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, denied on Monday the reports circulating about an attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Al-Kharj Governorate, stating that these claims are "not true."
This statement coincides with recent military escalations in the region involving Israel and Iran.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Brigadier General Al-Maliki explained that the activation of warning sirens in Al-Kharj early Monday was a precautionary measure following the launch of a ballistic missile from Yemen, which disappeared near the border. Investigations are ongoing to determine the specifics of this missile launch.
Separately, Saudi Arabia reported intercepting a drone east of Al-Kharj while another drone fell in Al-Zulfi.
In related developments, the Israeli Defense Minister stated that any attack in the north would be met with a response targeting the southern suburbs of Beirut.
