U.S. President: We Destroyed Iran's Military Capabilities... Its Economy Is Collapsing
President Donald Trump claimed that the 'Messianic Anger' operation against Iran sank all 159 Iranian naval vessels, destroyed Tehran's air and defense capabilities, and crippled its missile and drone production. He also stated Iran's economy has collapsed, with inflation exceeding 300%.
U.S. President Donald Trump said Tuesday that the "Messianic Anger" operation against Iran resulted in sinking all 159 Iranian naval vessels and destroying Tehran's air and defense capabilities, according to him.
He added in his speech before the United Nations General Assembly that Iran's air forces, radar systems, and anti-aircraft equipment "no longer exist," while nearly all missile and drone manufacturing capabilities were destroyed.
He pointed out that the Iranian economy has collapsed, with inflation surpassing 300%, and claimed his administration gave Tehran "every opportunity" to reach an agreement before resorting to military action to ensure it would not gain nuclear cover for large-scale attacks.
Trump accused Iran of funding perpetrators of the October 7 attack on Israel, noting the assault killed 1,200 people, including dozens of Americans. He also accused Iranian authorities of killing more than 72,000 of their own citizens this year, including 10,000 during recent protests.
