Arsenal clinched the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years after Manchester City dropped points in a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium. The result mathematically confirmed Mikel Arteta's squad as champions, sparking celebrations across the club.

Brazilian defender Gabriel Magalhaes directed a message on social media to Tal Rehman, a Manchester City supporter who had gained attention for mocking Arsenal throughout the season. Gabriel posted a split image on Instagram contrasting Rehman's expressions during the campaign, captioned with "Think too much?" This referred to Rehman's earlier gesture of collecting Arsenal fans' "tears" in a bottle, a narrative now challenged by Arsenal's success.

Declan Rice, a central figure in Arsenal's title-winning team, also used social media to highlight his confidence. Posting a photo with teammates, Rice wrote, "I told you all.. it’s done," recalling his belief even after a 2-1 loss to City in April. Meanwhile, Bukayo Saka posted a video mocking the "bottler" label often attributed to Arsenal. Joined by Myles Lewis-Skelly holding a champagne bottle, Saka said, "They call us bottlers," followed by laughter and the remark, "And now we're holding the bottles."

Arsenal had moved close to securing the trophy with a narrow victory over Burnley on Monday. The title was confirmed without Arsenal playing on Tuesday due to City's draw. Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi scored first, and despite a late equalizer from Erling Haaland, City dropped crucial points. The final whistle at the Vitality Stadium triggered celebrations among Arsenal supporters, marking the club's first top-flight championship since the 2003-2004 "Invincibles" season.

The team is set to officially receive the Premier League trophy on Sunday following their match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park. Beyond domestic success, Arsenal is preparing for the Champions League final on May 30 in Budapest, where they will face reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain. A victory would secure the club's first European Cup and complete a historic double.

For now, Gabriel Magalhaes and his teammates are embracing their league triumph and the opportunity to assert their position at the pinnacle of English football.
