A 22-year interval ended for Arsenal following a Premier League title clinched after Manchester City and Bournemouth played to a draw, sparking celebrations throughout north London. This marks Arsenal’s first league championship since the 2003-04 season.

Thierry Henry, Arsenal’s record goal scorer and a member of the 2004 ‘Invincibles’, expressed his appreciation to the current squad on Instagram for restoring the league trophy to the club. He noted the importance of this victory for his children, who witnessed Arsenal’s league success for the first time.

Arsene Wenger, manager during Arsenal’s league wins in 1998, 2002, and 2004, also extended congratulations to the squad. In a video released by the club, Wenger encouraged the players to relish their achievement.

“You did it,” Wenger stated. “Champions go on when others stop. This is your time. Now, go on and enjoy every moment.” His comments connected Arsenal’s historic successes with the current team’s accomplishment.

Looking forward, Arsenal is set to face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final on May 30 at the Puskas Arena. The Premier League trophy will be awarded after Arsenal’s final league match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday, as the team aims for a historic double.
