Yemen is experiencing broad military escalation, concentrated on the western coast and Bab al-Mandab area, as well as the Taiz, Marib, and Al-Jawf fronts, amid reports of more than 40 Saudi airstrikes and Houthi claims of downing an F-15 fighter jet.

More than 40 Saudi airstrikes have been carried out across these areas. The Houthi movement has announced it shot down an F-15 fighter jet.
